You might be able to do it in two steps: COBOL to C (which I think isyou want.
If you want a Cobol source code to be compiled to J2EE, then there's a
lot of devtool you could use.... one of them is MF (Microfocus).
However, if you mean converting Cobol "source code" to Java "source
code"... then you're out of luck. Do not know if tools exist.
