It is so BACKWARD. I still don't understand ONLY and EVEN.
That was fixed a decade or two ago, when IBM added IF-THEN-ELSE-ENDIF
condition code processing. Trouble is, most existing JCL has never
been updated, and lots of programmers are completely unaware of this
enhancement.
