"Free" workbench/IDE

Hi everybody,
I posted a few questions here when I was in Uni learning COBOL.

I've since graduated and was thinking of playing a little bit with
COBOL again, but the Micro Focus IDE that I used at uni has expired
and I seem to be unable to buy a new copy of it.

Are there any free or relatively cheap IDEs for COBOL out there?

I'm thinking (hoping) along the lines of the .net express IDE from
Microsoft.

.
