I see - from your expansion (using the GR), the expanded text violates theSR.
Therefore, this circularity IS prohibited by the current rules (even if itisn't
totally "obvious" - to me - but possibly it is obvious to others).
I decided I wasn't being clear, so I worked on a
clarification that might prove better.
