Final results of the survey of knowledge-sharing

Hi all,
In October 2003, members of this newsgroup were kind enough to fill a
survey about learning and knowledge-sharing which I applied as part of
my PhD. Several people freely gave their time and helpful comments. I
posted a brief summary of the results two years ago. Now I'm happy to
report I have defended my thesis, and recently presented a paper at
the Academy of Management Meeting in Philadelphia.
I want to thank again all who participated. I don't work at a
university yet, so I have set up a wiki page to hold my thesis and
research papers. I promised participants full access to research
results, so you're quite welcome to download them and read about your
virtual community (named COBOL in the thesis). It's pretty
technical, but I'll be happy to answer any questions you have.
With kind regards,
Enrique Murillo, Ph.D.
