I just re-read the previous messages in the thread, and could not find
any rights listed that exist without conflicting with rights of
others. I am not convinced that such exist.

Any "right" claimed by one imposes a corresponding "duty" on someone else.
You can't have one without the other.

Conflict arises, of course, when that imposed duty conflicts with an
inherent right.
