I don't see how Brookhaven's Relativistic Heavy Ion Physics lab has any bearing on
programming management.
Perhaps I will be writing something that everyone else already knows. I believe DocDwarf is a former military man (whose parents were married to each other), and although I have never had the honor of serving it is my understanding that in that environment RHIP would mean "Rank Hath Its Privileges".
