Okay, okay, I surrender! Add 12 machines to the total. Jeeze! What does it
take to get Linux lovers to quit acting like the third monkey on Noah's
gangplank? If somebody wants to use a knock-off of a 40-year old operating
system designed by a money-losing division of their local telephone company,
I say go for it. Just quit preaching to normal folk and do your shit where
the children can't see it.

Unix may be a small player in the desktop market, but is the DOMINANT operating system in
what I call Big Unix, the machines that replaced mainframes.

The whole telephone industry runs on Unix machines having 64 CPUs and processing >10,000
transactions per second. Ditto for airlines reservations, pharmacy claims and lots of
other applications.

And we're no longer losing money.
