MICRO FOCUS COBOL MANUALS

I am looking for an online basic manual for Micro Focus Cobol. Something
that would have the basics, such as what file extensions mean etc and a
manual for the workbench version V4.0.38
Or if somebody could recommend a book for same would appreciate it. Have
worked with MFCOBOL previously but just got a new project and do not have
any manuals.
