Yes, I agree. I also have no idea whether he did it and would not make any
kind of judgement until I had reviewed the evidence.
It's all circumstantial. There is no dead body. The only tangible evidence
is a satchel
with her blood on it found in his car. Police cannot tell how old the
blood is. It could
date back to when they were together.
The prosecution thinks it's significant that he removed the passenger seat
from his Honda
CRX Si. That car is a two seat sports car with very little cargo space. He
probably
removed the seat in order to carry groceries.
Nevertheless, it is an "interesting" defense...
