Funny, I keep hearing this, except from the people actually still
maintaining and writting large COBOL projects.

This time you heard it from someone actually still maintaining large
CoBOL projects.

It is easy to keep my head in the ground, and that makes me feel
secure. But feeling secure isn't the same thing as being ready for
what comes.
