An interesting view, Mr Wagner... and also one contradicted by my limited
experience. If one is not fluent in the old system then one cannot get
past those who say 'Well, we gotta be able to reach over our heads to
scratch our left ears with our right hands... how ya gonna do *that*?' or
its technical equivalent.
