Will the Cobol source be available soon?
Just had a look at the original code (Cobol) and it looks the same (there
again it does say original code).
Vince
changing is the OO version.
Before I can retire Mr. Heisenberg, I have to ensure that we have a stable
version with no known bugs.
Just because I think that is the case doesn't make it so... I thought it was
OK before. HeyBub found some errors in it.
I need to either have it confirmed that it is working correctly, or let a
week or so go by and see if anyone reports any problems.
If it looks OK, THEN I can post source.
The actions that need to be taken are as follows:
1. Clean the current COBOL and C# code and the projects.
2. Remove extraneous stuff that is lying around (test files, failed
experiments, etc.)
2. Collect various scripts and installers.
3. I considered posting the Web Site source code but have now decided not to
do that. Instead, if anyone is interested they can contact me.
4. Package the C#, COBOL, scripts, and installers into a downloadable
compressed ZIP.
It's not a 5 minute job and I have been busy...:-)
However, I will do it as soon as it is OK to do so.
Pete.
