Aspect ratio

The problem is not the size of the form but the form is deformed because of
the different aspect ratio. I have 7" LCD (NTSC) with 16:9 aspect ratio. If
I display a form it gets deformed and the buttons are not round but rather
elliptical. How can I correct this? I know it can be done..
