What is the difference (besides price) between the different packages of
Borland's Delphi 7?

I've seen:
    Delphi 7 Personal approx $100.00
    Delphi 7 Studio Professional approx. $1100.00
    Delphi 7 Studio Enterprise approx. $3300.00

Is the Delphi 7 Personal strictly an interpreter or does it compile?
