Serial Ports: 3.5 or 6 mhz .. How?

Ok, I've figured out how to open and read/write from serial ports in Delphi
(using filehandles), but how do I set port speed to 3.5mhz or 6mhz? Is there
a suitable baud rate, or something totally different to do so?
