Send to web via HTTP

Hi there

I am need to write a small app that sends info to a URL via HTTP post method
the format I need to send is

http://www.TheSite.com/collect.php?user=x&pass=y&body=hello how are you

What's the best way to do this, and what components would I need. I am using
Delphi 6 Pro
