Delphi 7 - Access Violations

Just installed Delphi 7 on my laptop which already had Delphi 6, VC6, and MS
Studio DotNet on it. Everything seems to work fine, compiles, builds....
but everytime I close delphi IDE I get hundreds of Access Read Violations.

So, I installed it on my main machine, which also has the same software on
it, and she works fine. Weird, any clues?
I'll try to write them down if I need to, but it's a bunch.
