Richedit

Why is it that if I copy and paste anything into the lines property of
a richedit component it looks just like the way I have formatted it,
differenttext colors and size etc. but when I press ok to lock it in,
it reverts back to plain text, however if I load it during runtime, it
stays the way I want it. it there anyway to do this at design time.
