How to use a dot net library ?

Hi,
Ok I compiled the LibraryTest.dll ;) (with unsafe directive, god is
everything unsafe in .net lol... fricking ridicilious ;) )
Anyway...
How do I use this DLL like ignoring that it was written in delphi...
I mean... can I some how generate the 'header' for it ?
What about visual studio .net ?
Or do I have to supply a 'header' for it ??
