Systems status of network machine

Hi guys,

Anyone no an answer for this one or can point me in the right direction?

I'm looking to write an app that will let me get systems information (memory
usage, cpu % being used, basically task manager info) of a machine on an
internal network using the IP address of the machine

Anyone know of any componants or code sites that would let me do something
like this?

any help much appreciated!
