Can't execute ISAPI dll over Indy HTTP Server?

Is there some special setting or code change I need to make to the standard
Indy HTTP Server that comes with Delphi 6 in order to execute an ISAPI dll?
It doesn't seem to be executing, just spitting back garbage to the web
browser. Any help would be appreciated.
