FTP bytes recived

Hi

After a problem I had with NMFTP I was advised to used
the FTP from Indy.

This is a lot more stable, but I'm trying to do a progress bar as
the files are downloaded, but I can't seem to work out
how to get bytes received from it as it's downloading.
The only thing I can find is RecvBufferSize but does
not event so it not real time, is there any way I can get real time
bytes received so I can update the progress bar?
