Any substantial difference between TOpenDialog and TSaveDialog?

Other than title (which can be set) and a couple of minor 'Look in' vs.
'Save in' labels, is there any real difference between TOpenDialog and
TSaveDialog?

Looks to me like setting the title of a TOpenDialog to "Save As" gives
acceptable generic labels. "Look in" and "Files of type" work just as well
either way, far as I'm concerned.
