Delphi 3 Upgrade to Version ???...

    We have been using Delphi 3 for many years. We also use the ICS suite as
    well as the orpheus and async pro stuff among other components.

    We use NO database components. Any ideas on what version we should migrate
    to and possible problems? We want a version that supports generating and
    displaying HTML documents.
