Re: How to add control to form?

You say you are dragging it?  Are you really dragging it, or are you
selecting the control and then clicking on the form where you want the
control to show up?



The control is moving with my mouse. Just like dragging. Obviously, no one has experienced this. Not good for me. 



Well, I'm a self-taught Delphi/OO programmer (just look at
some of my earlier posts and you can figure that out pretty
quick), but I click to select a component and then click on
my form and my component shows up.

I'm using both Delphi 5 and 6 professional.  I tried "dragging"
a component with no results, so perhaps I'm trying to compare
apples with oranges or something.

Obviously, you've gotten some components/controls/etc to show
up on your form, right?  Are these controls third-party?
