Delphi Personal Edition (ver 6/7/8)

Greetings all,
Is there any place that has Delphi 6/7/8 Personal Edition
available for download? I've done the google searches, and all roads
lead back to Borland... which just links to the Delphi 2005 Architect
Trial (no personal edition listed). I've had some programming
experience with both VB6 and VB.Net in some of my college classes and
wanted to give Delphi a try. Finding and downloading Kylix was easy,
but want to work within Windows while I decide whether I want to stick
with VB or not.
I did see an online petition to Borland to put version 6 back on
their FTP server, so I'm assuming 7 or 8 should still be available.
