Most of the information you request is determined by a few factors:

1.) OS
2.) Internet Browser


EXAMPLE:

For me, I use XP professional & IE for browsing, so:

My Internet History is stored in a index.dat files here:

C:\Documents and Settings\Shane Holmes\Local Settings\History\History.IE5\

My Downloaded internet files are stored here:

C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\

My cookies are stored here:

C:\Documents and Settings\Shane Holmes\Cookies

My Temp files are stored here:

C:\Documents and Settings\Shane Holmes\Local Settings\Temp


This will change for OS versions and Internet browsers

If you are writing a program which performs those tasks, you will need to
take those all into consideration
