OT: cookies

Hi,

This is only partly related to Delphi, but with such a concentration of
gurus there must be someone that can help me, Google has let me down this
time. I have an ISAPI app that is causing problems for some clients and I
suspect date formatting is related as emails from affected users have dates
in 'not the same format as me'.

The problem manifests itself by the contents of cookies being returned by
the client browser dissapearing and I am wondering if it's because the are
expiring on the client and the browser stops sending them... Here is a
cookie:

I know what the top 3 lines are, but I cannot find any info about what the
other numbers mean. The 4th line appears to alternate between 1024 and
1536. I suspect one of them is an expiry datetime?

Does anyone know what these fields are?

tia,
