Are you interested in .NET, or in migration from Win32 to .NET (looking
at the subject of your message).
The amount of work required to migrate from Win32 to .NET depends on the
number of "unsafe" constructs and third-party controls (available in
..NET?) that you've used. For a bit more information, and a general idea,
you can read some white papers and tutorials that I wrote on the Borland
