Languages with Install Shield Express Borland Limited Edition 3.5 SP4

Hi there,

when creating a new setup file with ISX, you should be able to choose
between a few languages.
(The help file lists the following: Chinesisch (Taiwan), Chinesisch (VR
China), Tschechisch,
Niederländisch (Standard), Englisch (USA), Finnisch, Französisch (Standard),
Deutsch (Standard),
Italienisch (Standard), Japanisch, Koreanisch, Russisch, Spanisch
(Traditionell), Schwedisch)

But I can only choose "Deutsch (Standard)" (German) and the other languages
are not listed.
I need the installation to be in English.
The files representing the Internationalization are saved in the
ISX/Languages directory.
In my directory there's only the file DEU1031.txt.
So I need a file like ENG1033.txt or so.
Can anyone tell me how to get this file or perhaps even send it to me.
