Yes, I am using the supplied version, but the help file says that
the difference between the versions is that in the free version you can
only choose one language for each project at the beginning and with
the full version you can choose more than one language.
And as I said before, all the languages I listed, should be available.

I would not ask you to do illegal things.
I already contacted the InstallShield support, but the first thing they
asked
me for, were 100 $ for a one-time support. (;
