Can you still buy Delphi 7?

I strongly feel that Delphi 7 was the best version of Delphi and really
want to purchase an unregistered copy of Delphi 7 Professional or
Enterprise (English version) in the US, but I can't find an unregistered
copy of it for sale anywhere on the internet. Does anyone know where I can
buy it, or have an unregistered copy of it they are willing to sell cheap?
