You could try to find an unregistered (new user ) copy of Delphi 8.
The New User licenses came with D7. AFAIK, most Upgrade
licenses did not. (Be sure to ask before buying.)
E-Bay or one of the Borland newsgroups would be your best bet for
either D8 or D7.
