Fast Fourier Transform

I need to use an FFT for a professional music production app. Does anyone know of any compnent, source or DLL or such that provides a reliable, flexible FFT? I've been looking at FFTW (fftw.org) but I know nothing about C so even the documentation is awkward for me. If there's something easy to use I'd love it.
