hlp -file creating problem

Correcting the program rtf -help file and compiling with the Hcw.exe, all of
a sudden I get innumerable errors:
Jump to undefined Topic ID: or The following mapped Topic IDs were not used
in any topic: even if these topics are certainly used. Using the old rtf
or hpj file does not help, something has happened, which makes it impossible
to make changes in the help file.
