BDS.exe crashes

I have BDS 2006 and sometimes when I close it BDS.exe will crash. I would
see Microsoft error reporting box saying Borland Developer Studio 2006
encountered an error and asking if I want to send this information to
Microsoft. Then I click no, and the box would appear again, and again, and
again. To end this Id have to go to Task Manager and end bds.exe process.

I have SP1 and SP2 installed. How do I fix this?
