However a modified ws2_32.dll might be handy too if it can be placed in the
civ folder so only civ loads it.

But then again.. I only rarely need to intercept it... so injection, if it
doesn't *** up the running civ3 copy/ and doesn't need a civ restart could
be nice and handy too ;)
