The actual number is 05712222286. I think the problem is not in
leading 0 but this number is too big. So my question: how can we store
phone numbers like 0014253925643 in delphi 7?

Certainly with a string or character array. As mentioned in another
branch, it is imperative to store phone numbers as a string, just
because they're mainly numbers doesn't mean that it is a number.
