you can google for delphi barcode software.

A while back I was going to need to print barcodes.
so I collected some software. - -

the two programs printed almost any barcode that you desired that could be displayed on the Screen in a form component - - Image or other

I was going to do this to the preview window and then print it to the printer.

you can grab the image - save as JPG and attach the image.

Person on the other end needs no special software or fonts loaded.
