My goal is to send mouse click to the Windows screen. (eg:
X:=10,Y:=1010 to click START icon in the windows. I assumed

That seems a dangerous and unnecessary assumption.
Type 'Screen', press F1, read help.
What to do about people who docked their taskbar to the right
edge of the screen, I don't know either.
