AFAIK, it does not come with TASM32.exe, but it comes with a builtin
assembler, if that is what you mean. The newsgroup for that is
borland.public.delphi.language.basm, on the Borland server (do not use
the Usenet mirrors, since most people subscribe to the Borland server
directly, and can't see the messages posted to these mirrors). The
Borland server is news://newsgroups.borland.com, so the full address
is:

news://newsgroups.borland.com/borland.public.delphi.language.basm

Hmmm.. You meant a separate TASM32. There are a few websites for that,
but I lost the bookmarks ages ago. ISTR that Ed Mulroy had a few links
