One of the sample applications that comes with Delphi is an a Delphi application at all. Rather, it's a set of Python scripts for processing the XML files that Delphi generates.

Also saw a demo today by David I, who showed off the built in documentation generation you can make from the model view. Only available in the top version AFAIK so I can't use it :(
