EOleException - Object was Open

In a Delphi 7 application, connecting an Access Database with ADO, after I
try to edit a record that is already been edited in another station, i
received a message that the record is locked, and when i try to edit any
other record, i received the following menssage:

EOleException - Object was Open.

How can i resolve this ?
