Strange error "Connection failure" happens from time to time in my web application

Hi,

I have a WebSnap application (ISAPI) using ADO to access a SQLServer
database. From time to time when I try to hit my site a receive the error
bellow:

Internal Server Error 500

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

----
Exception: EOleException
Message: Connection failure
I don't know what's going on because no change was made in the application.
Any help would be appreciated.
