SQL2000 error deleting record

Deleting a record from a particular table i'm having:
'SqlDumpExceptionHandler: Process 58 generated fatal exception c00000005
EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION. SQL Server is terminating the process'
And the connection to the DB is closed.

Deleting the record directly on the Enterprise Manager the result is not the
message 'One row deleted' but a grid with two null fields.

Any ideas? thanks in advance
