ADO - Invalid Column name

ADO - MS SQL server

INSERT SQL statment returns error: Invalid column name "my_column"

column "my_column" exists in table and if I copy paste SQL statment in MS
SQL Server Enterprise manager, everything works fine.

Any clue why?
