Yes, download the MDAC component checker utility from the Microsoft site.
Think it is now found

bf53-14332ef092c9&displaylang=en (watch for line breaks in the long link).
They have recently moved it so you may have to dig around a bit, checking my
old reference I found a number of broken links etc.
That will give a full diagnostic of what MDAC DLLs are installed on each PC.
