strange insufficient key column information for updating or refreshing

Hello,

i know the issue regarding "insufficient key column information for updating
or refreshing" - primary keys etc ...

but this one is strange ....
My environment is : win2k Pro Delphi7 Pro , Database MsSql/ADO

When i compile an application on computer A every thing work fine.
but for some reason when i compile the same application on computer B with
the same architecture i receive an error "insufficient key column
information for updating or refreshing" ...

what can be the resone ?
