List Index out of bounds

I have a program in Delphi 7 that uses an Access database with ADO. The
program has been working for several months. I have made some minor changes
and now I get the message:

List Index Out Of Bounds(10) with two modules and
List Index Out Of Bounds(7) with one modules.

What can my problem be?
